Let's make sure that your QuickBooks file is updated to the latest released, 16300millcreek.

 

There are lots of possibilities why we're unable to email statement. It includes:

 

  • The email preference being set incorrectly.
  • A damaged QuickBooks installation.
  • The Domain admin was blocked.
  • Account security settings from your email provider.

 

If it's updated, let's toggle your Web Mail preferences. Here's how:

 

  1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences.
  2. Click Send Forms on the left panel.
  3. Under My Preferences tab, select the email account you're using.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Mark the SSL box.
  6. Ensure that the the Server Name matches your email provider's settings.
