I'm confused, if she works for two magazines as a sole proprietor, then she would be getting the 1099's, not preparing them.
income should be posted as earned, on the tax form you total up all the 1099's she receives and enter that amount, and then enter the rest of the sales income if any.
Was a resolution ever found or provided for this issue? I am experiencing the same issue.
