We had one of our clients pay with card on our sales receipt. We were supposed to receive the payment on our bank account today but it has not come it yet. Can you help?

QuickBooks puts the money in your bank account the one you picked when you signed up for QuickBooks Payments. The time it takes to get the money into your bank account depends on your product and payments plan. If it's your first time, the payments may take a bit longer while we set up your accounts. No worries, customer payments will process much faster moving forward.
To know the status of these payments, you can log in to your QuickBooks Online account. From the Sales menu, click Deposits.
