For the almost two years I have used QBO I have ALWAYS been able to select hours for "QTY" when creating an invoice as I provide a service and invoice for hours worked for a client. Just now, when I went to generate a new invoice it defaults to "units" and I am unable to change to "hours" as I have always done. This renders QBO unusable for me as I certainly will not send a invoice to a client wherein it the invoice will show I spent "3.5 units" on a service. Seriously? How/why was this broken and when will it be fixed?

We can understand the importance of having the option to add QTY and hours when creating invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). However, it is currently unavailable.
For now, you can send feedback to our product developers so they can get to know this problem better and give you the best QuickBooks experience. However, we're unable to provide a specific time frame on when this option be available since they'll base it on the number of requests they received from customers like you. The more requests they will get, the more likely it can be implemented.

What do you mean by "include in future updates"? This was already present and worked just fine for the past two years. What happened? QBO is currently unusable. When will this be fixed?
I am still waiting for an explanation as to what happened to the previously available option of using "hours" for QTY? Please don't read from a script and ignore the fact that it was available for a long time and then one day it just disappears. The solution is NOT to suggest I provide feedback. The solution is to fix that which you broke before myself and others are forced to take our business elsewhere.
Are we really expected to bill and invoice for "units"? This makes us look unprofessional.
Again, this isn't a new feature request, this is something that was available and now, without explanation or warning, was removed.
