I really need someone to reach out to me as soon as possible. I can't sign into my account and keep getting this message: "We weren't able to show your payroll info". Is there a customer service number i can call? I can't sign into my account at all so i cant reach out that way.

Currently, we have a reported case about the error "We weren't able to show your payroll info". Rest assured, our engineers are doing everything possible to get this feature up and working again as soon as possible. I recommend contacting our Payroll Support to get you added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates via email as progress is made towards a solution.

In the meantime, you'll want to access your account using a different browser or device. Take note that when logging in to workforce.intuit.com QuickBooks Workforce runs smoothly on latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari (for Mac).
You can also try changing your Username and creating a new Intuit account for the same email.
