1. Go to the Help menu and select the Search tab.
2. Next, click Contact Us.
3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern and select Continue.
4. Lastly, choose either Start a Chat or Get a Callback to start connecting with them.

I have talked to your customer service representatives three times, and they all told me that the service would be restored.  Twice the issue was "elevated" with two representatives remaining on the line.  I was given a date of 10 days post my call where the issue would be resolved, and it has yet to be restored.   

Quick Books is taking my subscription payment though, and my business - the relationship with my vendors - is beginning to fray as a result of an inability to pay vendors.   

I need a bonafide resolution that does not involve staying on the phone with customer service and waiting days for this not to be resolved.

@RoseJillB  What does 'For us, your relationship with your vendor is as important as yours.' mean, exactly? I am struggling to parse that.

They will fix it when the time comes. You should use Melio as mentioned by On Beta for the time being.

I have been getting the same error for two months now. I've called, and the issue was escalated twice as well. I got similar responses to yours but no resolution. I, too, have vendor relations concerns due to this problem. Did you get any resolution from the QBO help center?
