Thanks for the question! @MarshallA is correct on how you can track those payments in QBO. You can also check the status of your transactions through the Merchant Service Center, which you can access directly in QBO:
1. Click on the Gear Icon
2. Select Account and Settings
3. click on the Payments tab
4. Select the Manage Account button
That will open up the Merchant Service Center. From there, you can search your transactions in the Activity and Reports section and see the status for each transaction.
