Let me guide you on how you can arrange all the list by customer's job, greenfg17.
We can go to the Customers page and click the toggle button in the Customer/Project/Company tab. This will arrange the customer/job list in ascending or descending order depending on which one you prefer..
Once you go back to that page, QuickBooks Online (QBO) will automatically save the list of the order you choose from the Customer/Project/Company tab.
If the same thing happens, it's possible your browser's cache data is full of frequently-accessed page resources or damaged. When this happens, the job/customer lists are not loading properly in the Sales tab.
Let's try accessing QBO using a private or incognito window to check if this is a browser issue or not.
Here's how:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
If it works, clear your browser's cache to delete those temporarily stored files. Then, clear the Intuit-specific cookies to refresh website preferences on your program. Just proceed to Step 2: Clear Intuit-specific cookies from your browser section in this article: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers like Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox to be thorough.
