When I issue a sales invoice by e mail, it no longer travels as a pdf attachment?

I appreciate your time getting in touch with us, @ken-pratt.

Recently we’ve received a report concerning pdf attachment. Our engineers are now working on a fix. For now, it would be best to contact our Customer Care team to add you to the list of affected users. Once you’re added, you’ll receive a notification via email once the resolution is implemented.

Here are the steps to reach out to them:

  1. Select the (?) Help menu located at the top right.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Enter this statement on the box “no PDF attach when I sent an invoice.”
  4. Hit Let’s talk.
  5. Choose to Get a call

Here’s the additional information on how to customize sales forms in the program. It offers a unique method and showcases the value of your product to cater to your customer's desires.

Please get back to this page with an update on your PDF situation. I’m always determined to help in any way I can. Keep safe.
