The pre-fill option might be turned on in your settings. You can disable it through the Advanced tab.
Let's turn it off by following these steps:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Click Advanced on the left pane.
- Click the pencil icon on Automation.
- Unchecked the box for Pre-fill forms with previously entered content.
- Click Save.
- Done.
