When I printed checks to pay bills, one of the checks didn't print. In history it shows that bill was paid several months ago; How do I fix it and print the check?

When I printed checks to pay bills, one of the checks didn't print. In history it shows that bill was paid several months ago; How do I fix it and print the check?

Thanks for visiting the Community today. I can help you open that bill and get that check linked to it printed right away. 

 

First off, click the View/Edit under the Action column to open that paid bill. Then, follow these steps below to retrieve the check payment associated with it: 

 

  1. Click the clickable blue link for 1 payment made
  2. Click the date to open the Bill Payment screen. 
  3. In the Bill Payment screen, click the Print check at the bottom. 
  4. In the Print Checks screen, click the Preview and Print button at the bottom. 
  5. Review the check info, then click Print
