Where can I set a billable time rate to a vendor and when I input time to a project under this vendor it registers using this rate?

I have all the steps you'll need in setting billable time rates to vendors, @userawolff.

 

All you have to do is enter the information on the vendor's profile. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Expenses menu and select the Vendors tab.
  2. Select the vendor's name from the list.
  3. Click the Edit button to open the vendor's profile.
  4. From the right side of the table, you can find the Billing rate field. Input the rate.

  5. Enter the necessary information.
  6. Once finished, click Save.

 

Whatever we set up in the vendors' profiles will come up automatically on the forms. It helps us to be consistent and save time. You can check out this article to learn more: Edit, delete and restore list elements.
