When I select New Invoice does not appear. How do I add it?

I am curious as to why Create Invoice is excluded from the +New menu for non-profits. We are a non-profit training organization. We invoice groups and/or individuals who register for our courses. There is no irregularity or inconsistency between being a nonprofit and invoicing. Is there any way for a nonprofit to change what is shown on the +New menu?

I understand your concerns, @SMUSA. Let me clarify some details about invoicing in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for non-profits.

I want to emphasize that although there is no contradiction in non-profits using invoices, it's important to note that different terminology is used for non-profits. Instead of the word invoice, non-profits use the term Pledge. Moreover, customizing the content of the +New menu isn't possible.

Additionally, you can also track the funds you receive from your donors.
