Why are payments from our customers being held up? This is the first time we’re using online payments and it is turning out to be a bad experience.

This is not the experience that we want you to run into, alx2.

 

For first time users of QuickBooks Payments, the payments will be deposited to your account within 5 business days. This takes a bit longer because we are still setting up your account. On the other hand, your funds are on hold to keep yours and your client's accounts safe. You might want to see the details in this article: Why are my funds on hold?
