Hi Ryan_M
I tried the steps you described on multiple computers and devices, they did not resolved the server side issue of the bank accounts being displayed as [CLOSED].
What is your next suggestion?
Thanks for performing the recommended solutions provided by my colleague, vwphoton.
May I know what's your bank provider? This will help me check if there's a reported issue about this one.
Since the same thing happens after performing the basic troubleshooting steps, it would be best to reach out to our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in the secure environment, Then, they'll investigate what's causing why account shows as CLOSED in the Home page.
Just check out this article to contact them: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) Support.
I've got an article here about manually importing bank transactions into your account: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
I'm just one post away if you need a hand with categorizing your bank transactions or any QBSE related. I'll be here to help.
