Let me share some details about why your deposits are on hold, @David.
QuickBooks Payments deposits funds within 5 business days after your initial payment. The first few deposits may take longer as we set up your merchant account, but payments generally deposit within 2 business days after set up.
If you process payments before 3 pm PT, you should receive them in your bank account within two business days. Otherwise, we will start the deposit on the following business day.
Let me show you how you can check your deposit speed in QuickBooks Online:
If it's been more than 5 business days and you still haven't received your deposit, then let me guide you on how to check the status of the deposit and if it's funded successfully or being withheld.
Here's how to check the status of your deposit:
If the status of your deposit is on hold, please check your email for instructions on how to manage withheld funds. If you require further assistance, please reach out to Payments Support.
For more information you can read this article: Why are my funds on hold?
Lastly, you can access and manage your QuickBooks Payments to track your transactions and update your information if needed.
If you have any inquiries regarding deposits on hold or any other concerns related to QuickBooks, please inform me by leaving a comment below. I am more than willing to offer further assistance. Stay safe!
