Let's start by resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state.
Here's how:
- From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device).
- Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage.
- Finally, select clear data.
If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the QBO mobile app.
Otherwise, you may use a browser and then log in to your QuickBooks Online account and edit the invoice from there.
Here's how:
- On the left menu, click Sales.
- Go to the Invoices tab, and locate the invoice to change.
- Once the invoice is open, edit the information you need.
- Select Save and send.
