Why can’t I change the date of invoices in the app?

Hello, @rlshaw22.

 

Let's start by resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From your device's Settings, select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and then select Storage.
  3. Finally, select clear data.

 

If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the QBO mobile app.

 

Otherwise, you may use a browser and then log in to your QuickBooks Online account and edit the invoice from there.

 

Here's how:

  1. On the left menu, click Sales
  2. Go to the Invoices tab, and locate the invoice to change. 
  3. Once the invoice is open, edit the information you need. 
  4. Select Save and send
