This does not answer the question at all! The OP was asking about bank STATEMENTS, not bank transactions. Hi, Shtene! I'm here to help you resolve the issue with missing bank statements in QuickBooks Online.
To ensure we’re aligned, could you please confirm whether you’ve accessed bank statements in QuickBooks Online before? If so, which bank were you connected to? I’ll look into any ongoing investigations related to your financial institution. In the meantime, let's go through some troubleshooting steps to rule out any browser-related issues.
Begin by opening your QuickBooks Online account on a private browser. This will allow QuickBooks to start on a clean slate. Once there, check if bank statements appear. If everything works smoothly, I suggest returning to your regular browser to clear its cache to remove outdated files. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers.
On the other hand, if this is the first time you're accessing bank statements, it's possible that QuickBooks is still working to make the feature available for your bank. You can check if your bank is supported by referring to the list of financial institutions here.
I'll leave this article for more details on the topic: Bank statements.
