Why cant i get my bank statement to refresh. half of the statement isn't loading?

Before anything else, may I know what bank account is linked to your QBO account? This way, we can narrow down the possibilities and check on our end if any error occurs between your bank and QBO.

Furthermore, I suggest checking on your bank's end if there's maintenance going on and ensuring the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) aligns with your bank's website. You can also try opening your QBO account in an incognito or private web browser to ensure it's not a browser-related issue.

Moreover, we can perform a manual update to solve this matter. You can do that by following the steps outlined below.

1. On your Bank Transaction page, select your checking account.
2. At the upper right corner, tap the Update tab.
3. If prompted, enter your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials and select Continue update. You must enter these credentials within 2 minutes of being notified. Multi-factor Authentication is a security precaution that requires another username and password.
