Why has the option to add client to wholesale billing been disabled for months due to "upgrading the billing system"? I have a client paying more than they should.

We're applying important changes to the system that's why we have temporarily suspended the option to add a new client to wholesale billing. 

 

Rest assured, once it's up and running, you can add your clients already.
