The mentioned problem above has been recently tagged as an ongoing issue. Our product engineers are presently working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
For now, accessing your QBSE account through the mobile app and viewing all invoices from there is the only workaround you can perform.
Then, I suggest contacting our QBSE Support Team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive updates through email once the issue is resolved.
Here's how:
- Go to Help (?) icon and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, click the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
- Enter “talk to a human”, then choose Continue.
- Select which way you want to connect with us.
