All invoices have disappeared from web view, even newly created invoices won't show in list.  Invoices show on mobile, but mobile doesn't have function to print to PDF

I’m glad to see you in the Community, rejmich. I'll share details about the issue with the invoices has disappeared on your QuickBooks Self-Employed. Let me also route you to the right support team to assist you further on this matter.

The mentioned problem above has been recently tagged as an ongoing issue. Our product engineers are presently working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

For now, accessing your QBSE account through the mobile app and viewing all invoices from there is the only workaround you can perform.

Then, I suggest contacting our QBSE Support Team so they can add you to our notification list. This will help our engineers determine the number of affected users. You'll also receive updates through email once the issue is resolved.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Help (?) icon and select Contact Us. If you’re using the QuickBooks Self-Employed app, click the + button and select Ask QB Assistant.
  2. Enter “talk to a human”, then choose Continue.
  3. Select which way you want to connect with us.

You can refer to this article for more information: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

Lastly, I've included this article if you need more information on how QBSE can help you record your self-employed income and expenses, track mileage, and prepare your Schedule C tax form: Overview of QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Click the Reply button below and post a comment if you have additional questions about invoices in QBSE. I’ll be right here to help and make sure this is taken care of for you. Enjoy your weekend.
