To get this sorted out, as an initial step, you might want to check if you're opening the correct account payment register. To do that, open the bill payment transaction and double-check the Bank/Credit account section.

Once signed in, go back to register and check the transaction from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
