Why is my Paid Bill not showing up in the register?

To get this sorted out, as an initial step, you might want to check if you're opening the correct account payment register. To do that, open the bill payment transaction and double-check the Bank/Credit account section.
 

After that, let's go back to your Chart of Account, find the bank and open its register. Here's how:

1. Click Account in the left panel and choose Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the bank and click View register.
   
3. Filter the Date and the Transaction Type.
4. Tap Apply.
   
5. You should be able to see the Bill Payment from there.
   

However, if you're still unable to see the paid bill from there, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page. If you're still getting the same result, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps. Use these keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

Once signed in, go back to register and check the transaction from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main portal and clear its cache to remove the browser's history or you can press CTRL+Shift and Delete key on your keyboard altogether. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.
