To isolate this issue, I recommend clearing the cache in the internet browser first. The cache can become bogged down with older data, which can potentially cause performance errors in QuickBooks Online. If the problem persists after trying this, it may be related to a known issue. The engineers are aware and are working hard to get this resolved as quickly as possible. I recommend calling in to speak with a member of the Support Team. An agent will be able to add you to the list of affected accounts.
