Why isn't my payment from my customer transferring to my bank account?

Hello there, Nicole. Let me share some information about transferring payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

When you receive your first set of payments in QBO, it will take five business days to process them because your account needs to be set up. Once the account is set up, customer payments will be deposited much faster.

 

Let's check on the deposit speed to see your transfer status and to know how many days it is. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Select the Payment tab.
  3. Review the Deposit Speed section.

 

Additionally, if the deposit speed indicates days have passed, I recommend reaching out to our Merchant Support Team to get this sorted out in a secure space.
