Why was my QuickBooks cash account closed?

I’ve applied for a QuickBooks cash account, was approved and one minute later I received and email that my account was closed with a $0.00 ending balance. No one has been able to tell me why. I received my card in the mail today, called the number on the back and they said i can’t activate it and the account has been closed for specific reasons that they can’t tell me What do I do now? I only had the account for 1 minute..

I am having a similar problem with my money by QuickBooks account. I was approved for money by QuickBooks, so on March 17, 2021, I made two transfer. 1 for $800.00, & 2nd for $400.00, on March 19, 2021 deposit for both were there, then on March 22nd my account was closed. $1,200.00, never transferred back to my account reverse

Normally, it takes about 3 business days to move money into your QuickBooks Cash account. Then, it takes between 2 - 5 business days to move money out of your QuickBooks Cash account. The speed depends on how fast your external bank processes the transfer. To learn more about this one, see the Learn more about QuickBooks Cash accounts and the Cash Flow menu article.

 

If it is beyond the time frame, I'd suggest contacting our Contact Payments Support Team. They can pull up your account and help you transferred back the money to your account.  To ensure we address your concern, our representatives are available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays and 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM on Saturdays, PST. I also been dealing with this since the 4/7/2021 after I received the email saying saying the account was closed and I money to be returned the the original bank but it hasn’t and I checked with my credit union I used to find the account! You guys waited the day after 4K was deposited into that account I setup for my trucking company because Azlo closed but from what I see you guys have a serious issue because my payroll and factoring has been put in jeopardy because your guys inability to offer proper support and a from what I see here from others in this thread a potential civil action! All I want is my 4K returned and I’ll terminate my Quickbooks Account and and I’ll never touch another intuit product  again! These are a screen shot of numbers I been calling and you guys supposed to support outer businesses not hurt us by taking our money and offer no explanation and partnered with Green Dot that offers no support at all besides saying a supervisor will call in 48hrs but never does! Your impacting my business on a daily level not having those extra funds returned so my business is suffering due to your guys nonchalant support!

We don't want you to feel this inconvenience. And I personally want to get your money returned to your bank.

 

Since the money still doesn't return to your bank account, I highly recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payments Team again. I understand that you've already contacted them before but only their team can further check on this matter and return your money if necessary. If you have it, you can provide your case number to the specialist who answers your call. This way, they can easily review your previous interaction and then transfer you to a supervisor.

 

I hope you can still extend your patience as we're working this out for you.

I had my account opened for no more then 48 hours Then it was closed. No exclamation no reason nothing behind why is my account was closed. This is beyond frustrating and irritating considering this is my first time having an account with this company. I’m not happy I will not recommend anyone to this company.,It is beyond frustrating as point knowing that there’s no reason why my account was closed. I don’t have time to sit there with a representative asking me a ton of questions and telling me why they don’t know why it was even closed in the first place.

My account was closed after I funded it and it’s been three weeks. The app tells me to call the number on the back of the card and when I do it tells me to fix my problem in the app. I’ve talked to live agents and they transfer me to your sister company, I’m just getting the runaround and there’s 1500 in my account. How do I recover the funds?

Yeah right lmao you guys are garbage I’ve been calling you for three weeks and no response you say 24-48 hours every day that my obey will be returned..  good thing I live in Chicago and abc 7 is close. My lawyer ans well as an 7 and when 9 are getting involved Monday/ when I’m done with you guys no one will ever have to suffer for your horrible customer service nor being robbed of their own money. You guys are pathetic and a joke.

My account just got closed yesterday and they have procced about $3000.  Guess what these fine people suggested me to do? they want me to call the customer and have them dispute the charge so I can receive my money.  That is so freaking embarrassing. The only thing that I will achieve is doubt and untrustworthiness from my customers.  If I did not do anything wrong, why does these merchant support team want me to ask my customer to dispute my charge? I asked the team to reverse the payments but they said they could not and the money will be stuck there until my customer disputes the charge. SO DISSAPPOINTED AND EMARRASSING.

Good luck I've been waiting for a refund check since august 16, I filed a complaint with the bbb and it was escalated to corporate level and i still don't have my money.

Like this:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online Account.
  2. Go to Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern (For example: Merchant account), then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose the Start a chat option to start a conversation with our support team.

Same thing happen to my business! I need answers because we recieved a big PAYMENT for first transaction. It is an issue for my customer too. I will call merchant services. But i cant believe this is happening with Quickbooks. Help! This customer spent alot of money with us. This is serious

Everyone who has this issue please contact me. I have $32K locked in at QB and Green Dot. nobody gives you any answer. I am an attorney and will coordinate a class action.

I just had a QuickBooks cash account opened I had a deposit made from a customer and I used the card and the account for 4 days then all of a sudden my merchant account is closed with a balance of $1500 and all they tell me is to call green dot but green dot tells me to call QuickBooks. My account is on hold and the last person I talked to told me that the department that handels and makes the decision to close or hold accounts has no direct line of communication!! This is crap.I am a small business and this has hurt me and much embarrassing.please contact me I would love to help do something about this.
