I just signed up with quickbooks (QB) and am very dissatisfied with customer service. I’ve been trying to schedule an appt for my QB training for over 2 weeks now and no success. All I get is a promise to expedite that someone will call but no one ever does. Anyone else having issues with QB customer service and do you have any suggestions moving forward?
