How to make gratitude part of your daily routine

Do you ever wake up and automatically start spiraling over all the things you must accomplish for the day? If so, then you're not alone! As I was feeling overwhelmed the other day with my never-ending to-do list, I came across another post from Headspace on LinkedIn on the topic of gratitude. This post focused on the ways you can make gratitude a part of your daily routine. I love what they shared, so I wanted to share it with the QuickBooks Community as well! These are the tips:

 

✍️  Start your day by spending five or more minutes journaling about what you're grateful for.

 

✍️  Have gratitude check-ins during the more challenging parts of your day.

 

✍️  Reflect on the positives at the end of the day.
