How can i get the barcode side of things working So the trial version showed that the advanced inventory worked but when i purchased the 2024 desktop enterprise version now it doesn't work. Look like i need to buy a add on how do i do that?

If you can login to CAMPS, You should be able to see what edition you have.. i.e Silver, Gold, Platinum
Make sure you have Platinum edition to enable the Advanced Inventory feature. Otherwise, you may have 2 options:
1. Use a 3rd party inventory management app. You can use your mobile phone as a scanner.
2. Cancel your subscription and ask for the refund within 60 days. Then consider to purchase a new license from a partner. You can get a 10-15% discount.
Do you have QB Desktop Enterprise Silver, Gold, or Platinum?
You can open your company file and hit CTRL 1 keys to find out.
I dont see where it says any of those three.
