I just completed a 1099-NEC for our babysitter. Is it mailed to her and to the IRS automatically by Quickbooks? Or do we need to print it and mail it to her and to the IRS as well?

It's good to hear that you're done filing the 1099-NEC for your babysitter, Intuit sends 1099 forms to the IRS on your customer's behalf.
But if you wish to view and print the form, here's how:
Once you've submitted your 1099s to the IRS using the aforementioned steps, we will inform you of your filing status via email. Additionally, you can monitor your filing status at any time within QuickBooks Online, you can check this article for more information: Create and file 1099s with QuickBooks Online.

Let me help you generate the actual copy of your contractor's 1099.
Based on the screenshot, we can get a 1099 by clicking the 1099 NEC link under the Form column. I'll add an image for visual reference.
Afterward, QuickBooks will automatically direct you to the preview of the tax form. Then, we can download it and send it to your contractors.
