I cannot, for the life of me, Abigail, imagine why, after a number of your coworkers directly lied to me that tools to repair the damage, that Intuit did to my company file, did not exist, why you would admit they do exist but refuse to make them available.
Clearly Abigail, you're winning. I'm a special needs Dad with a tiny, part time business, mainly for sanity, and you are directly, and maliciously harming me. I'm curious though, what are you winning? Is it a power trip? Do you feel happy in some way harming me?
Not only do you refuse me access to the tools to fix my account, you go on to say there are other approaches, but you refuse to tell me what they are! Why the dysfunctional teasing?
Again, your behavior towards a customer is completely malicious.
Where is your win? Were you showing off to your three coworkers that directly lied to me that there were no tools? Were you showing off to them that you don't need to lie, you just refuse help?
What is the benefit of escalating this instead of fixing Intuit's error? My involuntary career has provided upteen opportunities to improve my patience, but hasn't reduced my curiosity. If you can't find the ethics and decency in yourself to resolve this file damage, I certainly have the curiosity to explore this event on forums like Reddit, and anyone in my state's attorney's office or the Department of Revenue. Since you all have already acknowledged the error, admitted it was Intuit generated, admitted you have multiple tools to repair it, and refuse to repair Intuit's damage, or provide me with the alternatives methods you claim exist, I'm confident the law will favor the little guy over the corporation that just got caught stealing from the poorest third of the country with your filthy TurboTax scam.
So what's next, AbagailS? Are you going to repair my file, give me the tools to do so, or expand this dysfunctional clown show to reddit and law enforcement? Maybe we can get a class action going?
