Electonic Filing and Payment Setup for QB Online

QB Online Payroll informs me that I need to finish setup for E-pay and filing for my Colorado UI Tax, reporting that my request for QB to be my TPA with the State Agency was refused, but the CDLE portal lists QB as my approved TPA. Any ideas on how to resolve this are welcome.

Allow me to provide you with the necessary guidance for authorizing Intuit QuickBooks as your Colorado Third-Party Administrator (TPA) and direct you to the appropriate support channels for assistance.

 

TPAs are unable to take any actions for an employer within MyUI Employer until they have been assigned to the employer account. Since the approval has already been granted, QuickBooks can proceed with taking action as long as your payroll information is complete and ready for filing.

 

As you've mentioned that further action is needed despite the approved status in the CDLE portal, we highly recommend reaching out to our support team for additional assistance.

 

Here's a step-by-step guide to contact our support team:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Select the Search option.
  3. Click on the Contact Us button to provide details of your concern.
  4. Proceed by clicking Continue.
