Go to Taxes, then Sales tax (Take me there). The list of recorded payments is displayed in Recent Sales Tax Payments section. This is missing on my tax page

First, I recommend accessing your QBO account through your browser's incognito mode to ensure everything works as expected without any interference from previously inputted data. To access incognito mode, follow these keyboard shortcuts:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Shift + Command + N

Next, I'd recommend checking the filter settings of the tax page. You can follow these steps:

1. In your QBO account, go to Taxes, then Sales tax.
2. In the Status drop-down menu, select All.
3. In the Tax period date, choose the appropriate period of your sales tax payments. 
4. Refresh or reload the page.

If this resolves the problem, proceed to clear your browser's cache. This process will remove and fix specific issues and help the program run optimally. Additionally, you can use other devices and supported browsers.
