You need to import older sales receipt into QBO by another tool.
I can help you get your older sales transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO), @mnk_398.
We can bring your older data to QuickBooks by exporting them first from Ecwid and saving it somewhere on your computer. After that, we can Import data from the settings. You can use a CSV, Google Sheets, or an XLS/XLSX file to import information. If you use a CSV file, make sure it is formatted correctly for QBO.
Here's how to import the data:

Hi Nicole,
I downloaded (exported) my CSV file from Ecwid. In order to ensure I didn't have a complete mess I deleted all but one sale. I asterisked the items but still received a couple of errors but in the end was able to import the data.
I have a follow on question: Most of my customers are ordering for a military unit but have to add their name to the order. Once an order is imported from the CSV file can I easily change it to the military unit?
thank you
Kevin
