How do I merge sales tax on report

I have 3 different sales tax rates:
Regular tax (State plus city)

Prepared food (State plus city plus Municipal Gross plus Tourism)

Packaged food (State plus city plus Tourism)

My problem is when the sales tax report runs, it shows
South Dakota State

South Dakota, Rapid City

Municipal Gross

Rapid City

State Tax

Tourism

how do I get Rapid City and South Dakota, Rapid City together and State Tax and South Dakota State together?

How do I merge sales tax on report

I can provide a solution on how to merge your sales tax on a report, kattlees.

You may export the report to Excel, then manually delete other line items to get the states that you need. Here's how:

  1. Go to Business overview and select Reports.
  2. Search and open the sales tax report you want to export.
  3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon, then select Export to Excel.
  4. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it.

If you’re missing data when you open the report in Excel, the file's in protected view. In Excel, you’ll need to click Enable Editing to view the full report.
