I received a notice from intuit QB telling me to update the WA PFML rate - I do not know where to go to do this

Hi, @Cheri67. I've got all the steps to help you update your WA PFML rate in QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP).

If you receive a notice from your state about a new rate for Washington Paid Family and Medical Leave, you can update it in just a few steps. I'll guide you on how:
 

1. Go to Gear icon ⚙, then choose Payroll Settings.
2. Next to Washington tax, click Edit ✎.
3. In the Paid Family and Medical Leave section, select Edit.
4. From the dropdown menu, you can choose the new rate and enter an Effective date.
5. Select OK, then Done.
