Hi there, jp69.
I want to ensure you can do your tasks in the Sales Tax Center.
To be sure we're on the same page, I'd like to verify if you received any error messages. Can you add more details on which specific area of the Sales Tax Center you're having an issue with and what you're trying to achieve? Any extra information is much appreciated to get us closer to a resolution.
In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps on your web browser to see if that's causing the issue. We can start by opening a private window or an incognito window in the browser. This will open your account with a clean slate and load fresh data. Here's how:
Once in the private or incognito window, sign in to your QBO account and go to the Sales Tax Center page. If it works, go back to your original browser and clear the cache. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers.
For future reference, here's an article you can check to help you record, adjust and delete sales tax payments in the tax center: Manage sales tax payments in QuickBooks Online.
If you have other questions concerning QuickBooks, let me know in the comment section below. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
Sales tax center is not displaying anything. None of the buttons work. Have tried logging out, closing Chrome, going incognito, clearing browser cache. Still blank.

Use Edge for now when needing the Sales Tax Center, seems to be an issue with Chrome. I tried all the same things and only thing that worked was using a different browser, in my case Edge...
It's not working in Edge either. It says "an error has occurred". It's been giving me the message over a month. Tried other browsers, tried private/incognito browsers, nothing works. It won't let me see the numbers or record payments.
I see you already did everything to fix the error you've encountered, Alicia.
To resolve this, I recommend contacting our reliable support team. They possess the necessary expertise to address your concerns thoroughly. Rest assured that, if deemed necessary, they will refer the issue to our engineering department for a more in-depth resolution.

I am have been having the same issue for over a month and Quickbooks continues to act like there is not a problem. When you chat or speak on the phone with anyone they have no idea what you're talking about and cannot help at all. It's obviously a bug that Quickbooks needs to fix... I am seeing other articles with users complaining about the same thing.
Ditto over here. Since October 2023, I have needed to take extraordinary measures outside of Quickbooks to formulate accurate reports to file monthly sales taxes. Also, I have been unable to enter the sales tax amounts paid because of a system error. It has been burden.
I postulate the following to the Quickbooks engineers or to whom it may concern:
Why not restore or revert the tax center programming to August when there were no detrimental tax center issues, until you can debug the new? The current tax center state has resulted in significant adverse effects. With a new tax season quickly approaching, a different strategy may need serious consideration.
Edge did solve the problem. Thank you though.
CORRECTION: Edge did NOT solve the problem.
