I am in the same boat. Everything has simply disappeared in the tax portal. So irritating. I suspect I will get to spend hours on the phone on hold hoping to get someone with an answer. If I find the answer I'll come back andpost it.
Hi CoyoteRun1,
I understand your concern about the missing display in the Tax section. If you haven't already, you can do some basic troubleshooting steps. Start by signing in to QBO using a private or incognito window. This will prevent the browser from using cached files that may contain damaged, misconfigured, or outdated data.
If you see the contents in the Tax section using the private window, you can then go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
Let me know how the instructions work for you.
Clearing cache and incognito browser do not address the problem. This has persisted despite explanations that the problem is being escalated. When will a solution be available?

The system is still broken. I cannot record a sales tax payment. Client tax returns are due Monday 9/16 and Intuit says they are sorry and will have some information by 9/13. This is totally unacceptable. Now I see this has been going on all year. What are these engineers doing to help? They claim they have a work around, just enter the payment manually in the register, then the center shows delinquent. Not an acceptable work around. Intuit, how about making it work.
