Georgia Form G-7 SW, the form to file to report GA withholding for a semi weekly filer is not showing up in my QuickBooks Online to file. All other 4th qtr. and 2023 year end Georgia forms were there to be filed. I spent 44 minutes on the phone with QBO support this morning, they could see it on their end, but were not able to fix the issue so I could have access to it as well. I have another client in QBO, I checked their file and the G7-Monthly Filer form is ready to be submitted in their file. Has anyone else experienced this issue and found a solution. My payroll subscription is up to date. and the correct form are entered into the payroll setting. I have not had this issue in the past with filing this form.
Let's make sure we'll be able to sort this out, Barbara.
This usually happens when you're experiencing a browser-related issue. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the problem. Use the shortcut keys below to access a private window (incognito):
When using incognito mode, this deletes cookies and browser history leaving them clean and easy to access any websites and error-free. Once done double check if the form is already available. If so, go back to the main browser to clear its cache and delete some outdated files that might be the cause of the error. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
However, if the form is still unavailable, I suggest reaching out to our support team. This way, they can check what is happening and investigate further. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
Moreover, you have the choice of how you want your payroll tax filings to be handled. To know more, this article explains how to pay and file our federal, state, and local taxes:

Thanks for the suggestions, but they didn't work. I contacted the support team before I posted this question in the community and She was unable to help me get this sorted out, even though she could see the form to file from her end. I have another client that uses QBO and their GA 7 is showing up just as it should be. The only difference is that company is a monthly payer and this client is a semi weekly payer, thus the SW on the end of the file name. If you have any other suggestions please let me know.

My payroll is set up correctly for filing a quarterly return as a Georgia semi-weekly payer. I have filed this return through QBO for two years, with no issues. Any other ideas?

As I stated in all my previous post and responses, the first thing I did was contact customer support, they tried, but couldn't help me, I have no problem with that as they did try, and actually admitted to me that they couldn't find the solution, which I respect. It looked as though my only resource was to ask if anyone else had experienced this and could help with what they did for a solution. Obviously none of the QuickBooks experts take the time to read the complete post, you just post stock answers that I certainly know to check, I have 23 years experience in QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online, working in the bookkeeping department of an accounting firm, I know how to properly set-up my QBO payrolls. and I feel like I have been reprimanded for reaching out to other QBO users, it won't happen again.
I’m having same issue and I can’t believe how much time I’ve spent on the phone and chatting with payroll support with no fix. I was hoping the update this week would fix it but it didn’t and I’m back on the phone with them.
Same issue. Having to print and mail at this point.
Ridiculous.
