I'm attempting to pull all of my business credit cards into the Banking Transactions so that I can confirm all of the charges and assign them to my various customers/clients. All of my credit cards asked me a date to start before pulling in the transactions and I selected 1/1/23 for each of them. They all seem to be pulling everything in EXCEPT for the Lowe's Card.
The Lowe's Card is only pulling in from 7/18/23-current, and there are tons of purchases I made there before that date. Why would this be and how do I fix it so it pulls in every transaction since 1/1/23?
I appreciate you visiting the forum regarding your bank feeds concerns, Jesedwin.
I see the urgency of resolving this matter so you can review and organize your transactions seamlessly.
At this time, there's an ongoing investigation about the missing transactions from Lowe's Commercial Card (Synchrony). Rest assured, our Product Engineers are diligently working to fix this matter.

Also, I understand they're working on the issue to find the missing transactions from Lowe's but it's end of year already. Will it be fixed within the next few days? And if not, what are my options? Lowe's doesn't allow me to download the transaction history/statements in a format that QB accepts for upload...
You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Yes, this is an option. But I already pay for QB and it's supposed to include this function so I'd rather a fix within QB if possible so I don't have to further complicate things by learning and paying for another program that may or may not work as I expect it to.
I understand you want a smooth and efficient process when handling banking activities within the program.

To upload your bank transactions, ensure that the file from your bank is in the correct format. Your bank may offer a few formats, but if possible, choose the QuickBooks Online data (QBO) format, which is designed for QuickBooks Online. If you can't find this format, you can also upload transactions from a CSV or Quicken (QFX) file. Besides, the maximum file size allowed is 350 KB. If the file is too big, you can shorten the date range and download transactions in smaller batches. Please refer to this article: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.

Its been nearly a year for this post and I've run into this exact issue. Can someone from the QBO team advise the status of this known issue?
Allow me to provide an update regarding the issue of the Lowe's Synchrony credit card not pulling transactions in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, bulibarri.
I’ve checked on our end, and there are no reported cases of missing transactions for Lowe's Synchrony. To address this issue, let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps.
Firstly, we recommend manually updating the connection between your bank and QBO to ensure you have the most recent data available. Please follow these steps:
If the transactions are still missing, the issue is likely on your bank's end. Here's how you can check:
However, if you've verified your bank account and the QBO banking page appears clear of issues, yet the missing transactions persist, please refer to our comprehensive guide: What to do if you can’t find downloaded transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If the problem persists, I suggest contacting our support team for a thorough investigation. This will allow us to determine the root cause of the problem and suggest the best course of action for resolution.
Furthermore, please note that most banks only download the last 90 days of transactions. If your missing transactions pass that day, you can manually upload them to your QBO.
For future reference, regularly reconcile your accounts to ensure they match your bank and credit card statements.
Keep me posted if you require further assistance with your missing transactions in QBO. I’ll jump right back in to help you.
