QuickBooks integrates with hundreds of third-party software developers.
When it comes to using third-party apps, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't control how transactions are imported. We only receive and record the data on the system.
To ensure that the data will sync to QBO, I'd recommend contacting your third-party provider. They can review the connection setup and help you get back on track. They can also answer your questions regarding the integration process.
