As much as I would like to help, we're unable to locate your account in the Community space. As a result, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team once more. I know you have, but only them can access your account and determine why the the 2023 UI and Oregon Family Leave wasn't filed. You can then provide your case or reference number. This way, you won't be repeating yourself.
To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
