I need to retrieve my filed Ca Form 941 and DE9's for all 4 quarters of last year but my saved filings only goes back to June 30. How do I get my first qtr filed form .pdf's
If it matters, I recently upgraded quickbooks to the latest version last week.

Something may have been moved, deleted, or renamed. Either the folder or the file may not be in the correct location relative to the folder. The folder for the tax forms needs to be in the same folder as the company file. I suggest that you check if the file location has been changed, as this may be the reason why you can only see filings up to June 30. If the file location has indeed been modified, you can perform a search for the files from there.
If it turns out that the file location hasn't changed and you're still unable to retrieve the first quarter filed form .pdf's, it's possible that these specific filings were not completed within QuickBooks. In this case, I would advise checking with the relevant tax agency to obtain copies of the CA Form 941 and DE9s for the first quarter of last year. They should be able to provide you with the necessary documentation.

My Company files were in a different location. Not sure when I moved them. But the prior forms were in that location.
