WH1 for June 2024

We are having issues filing our WH1 within QB desktop and it not show being processed in intime. We have even received emails from QB with tracking numbers however intime shows nothing being processed on their end. Others that have been processed have shown the wrong amount for state - it has the county amount in both lines. We have QB and Indiana and no one can identify the issue. Has anyone else seen anything like this? Thank you.

WH1 for June 2024

I am using QB desktop accountant and had the same issue on multiple clients. The correct amount is paid but the state amount file is incorrect using the county amount twice. I have had to amend about 20 clients IN WH1 to the correct state amount today. These were correct last month so something in the QB update has changed it.  I also have a WH1 filed July 5th with a July 19 withdraw date for payment that is not showing up in INTIME yet.  It has a July 30 due date.  All my early filers did not show up in INTIME until 7/22 even when filed via QB prior to July 9th.

This is an QB programming issue that need fixed ASAP!
