Had I known that, I would not have upgraded. I hate passwords, and these files are on my home computer, and if someone accesses that, they have all they need, keeping quickbooks inaccessible is no benefit to me, but simply a barrier to my use, with having to change passwords, and track them, every three months. Why don't you give the purchaser the option of that security, and the ability to not use it, on their own home computers.
