Since the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Desktop Support Team. They can assist you further by conducting a screen-sharing session to investigate the matter and find a resolution.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Please briefly describe your issue, select Continue, and choose a way to connect.
