Thanks for letting us know about your concern, Edward. I'm here to provide details about invoices before printing.

I've looked into our records but didn't find investigations related to the customer address on invoice prints in an unusual stacking sequence.

Knowing you're encountering this problem, let's troubleshoot by clearing the browser cache and logging in using a private browsing window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues.

You can use the following keyboard shortcuts to save time:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the issue is gone, return to your usual browse and clear your browser's cache to remove those temporarily stored files and browsing history.

Additionally, trying other supported and up-to-date browsers can help you eliminate browser-related problems.

I've also included detailed resources about working with invoices that may come in handy moving forward:

Please feel free to post any additional queries or concerns you may have in the future regarding invoice printing in QBO. Our team is always ready and willing to assist whenever you need it.
