Hey there, @vmar96618.

The option to show extraordinary expenses below the Operating Net Revenue line when running a financial report is unavailable in QuickBooks Online.

Although, you can set up an Other Expense account to track this expense which will be posted under the Total Other Income/Revenue line. With this, the account will still be posted in between Net Operating Income/Revenue and Net Income/Revenue lines.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions menu and click Chart of accounts.
  2. Select New, then enter an Account name
  3. Choose Other Expense as an Account type, and then select the Detail type from the drop-down list.
  4. Click Save

When you're done, you can now create an expense transaction and select this account on the Category column to track extraordinary expenses.

Moreover, you have the option to customize financial reports to focus on the details that matter the most to your business. Then, memorize them to save their customized settings.

If you have further questions about setting up expenditures between Net Operating Revenue and Net Revenue, simply add them to the thread. We'll be here to help.
