I see that you're running into a subscription error when trying to fix your inventory issue. That can be frustrating! 

There isn't any on-going investigations with this error message at this time. With that being said, we recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance again. They have other tools that we can't use due to this being a public platform. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Press the Contact Us button. 
3. Enter your question and hit Let's talk. 
4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
