We totally get how important it is for you to have your QuickBooks Desktop installed to your new laptop, Abi. Your version, QBDT 2014, is only compatible with Windows 7 and 8, and running it on Windows 11 will result in compatibility issues. 

Aside from this, we stopped the service of QuickBooks Desktop UK as of June 30, 2023. With this, we're unable to register it anymore.

If you want to use your company file, we recommend moving to QuickBooks Online (QBO) since we've partnered with Movemybooks to seamlessly convert your data to online. This ensures that you can access your files and continue running your business smoothly.
